The story of SFAD began in 1998 with a small stall at a market in Tashkent. Back then the family business baked a few dozen kilograms of biscuits a day.
Years of growth
As demand grew, the first workshop was built, then the first factory. In the 2010s a second modern factory came online and the range grew past 100 varieties.

Today
Today SFAD means two factories, a capacity of 25 tonnes per day and exports to more than 15 countries. But the foundation is unchanged: care and quality in every product.
