Privacy policy

This privacy policy and personal data processing agreement is a public agreement between the owner of the sfad.uz website — LLC «SFAD» (legal address: Tashkent city, Olmazor district, Shirok street 100, 100057; hereinafter the «Operator») and the «Subject». This Privacy Policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. LRU-547 «On Personal Data» and applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the Subject during the use of the sfad.uz website. 1. Basic concepts

1.1 «Site» means the internet resource under the domain name sfad.uz and all its sections.

1.2 «Operator» means LLC «SFAD», the owner of the Site, which organises the processing of personal data.

1.3 «Subject» means an individual (a Site user) whose personal data is processed on the Site.

1.4 «Personal data» means any information relating to an identified individual or making it possible to identify them.

1.5 «Processing» means the collection, storage, modification, transfer, deletion and other operations performed on personal data.

The enterprise was registered on 12 June 1998 by the khokimiyat of the district (city) of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
