Privacy policy

This privacy policy and personal data processing agreement is a public agreement between the owner of the sfad.uz website — LLC «SFAD» (legal address: Tashkent city, Olmazor district, Shirok street 100, 100057; hereinafter the «Operator») and the «Subject». This Privacy Policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. LRU-547 «On Personal Data» and applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the Subject during the use of the sfad.uz website. 2. The subject of the Privacy Policy

2.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the Operator's obligations regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the protection of the Subject's personal data.

2.2 By filling in the forms on the Site, the Subject consents to the processing of their personal data.

2.3 Use of the Site constitutes the Subject's full agreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2.4 If the Subject does not agree with these terms, they must stop using the Site.

The enterprise was registered on 12 June 1998 by the khokimiyat of the district (city) of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
