Privacy policy

This privacy policy and personal data processing agreement is a public agreement between the owner of the sfad.uz website — LLC «SFAD» (legal address: Tashkent city, Olmazor district, Shirok street 100, 100057; hereinafter the «Operator») and the «Subject». This Privacy Policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. LRU-547 «On Personal Data» and applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the Subject during the use of the sfad.uz website. The current version of this Privacy Policy is available online at sfad.uz.

7. Personal data protection

7.1 The Operator takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

7.2 Data exchange with the Site is carried out via the encrypted HTTPS protocol.

7.3 Access to personal data is granted only to employees authorised to process it.

7.4 In the event of a data security breach, the Operator takes measures in the manner prescribed by law and notifies the Subject.
