Privacy policy

This privacy policy and personal data processing agreement is a public agreement between the owner of the sfad.uz website — LLC «SFAD» (legal address: Tashkent city, Olmazor district, Shirok street 100, 100057; hereinafter the «Operator») and the «Subject». This Privacy Policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. LRU-547 «On Personal Data» and applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the Subject during the use of the sfad.uz website. The current version of this Privacy Policy is available online at sfad.uz.

6. Processing of personal data of Subjects by the Operator

6.1 Processing is carried out on the basis of the Subject's consent, by automated and non-automated means.

6.2 Personal data is stored on servers located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6.3 Data is retained until the purpose of processing is achieved or until the Subject withdraws consent.

6.4 The Operator does not sell personal data to third parties and does not transfer it for commercial purposes.

6.5 Data may be disclosed only to authorised state bodies in accordance with the requirements of the law.
