Privacy policy
This privacy policy and personal data processing agreement is a public agreement between the owner of the sfad.uz website — LLC «SFAD» (legal address: Tashkent city, Olmazor district, Shirok street 100, 100057; hereinafter the «Operator») and the «Subject». This Privacy Policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. LRU-547 «On Personal Data» and applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the Subject during the use of the sfad.uz website. The current version of this Privacy Policy is available online at sfad.uz.
4. The purpose of collecting personal data
4.1 Provision of services to Subjects: accepting applications, providing information about products and partnership terms.
4.2 Identification of Subjects and verification of the authenticity of a submitted application.
4.3 Interaction with the Subject: responding to enquiries, sending offers and agreeing partnership terms.
4.4 The Subject is prohibited from indicating personal data of third parties on the Site — except when representing the interests of such persons with documentary confirmation of such authority.
4.5 Analysing the operation of the Site and improving its quality (based on anonymised statistics).
