Privacy policy

This privacy policy and personal data processing agreement is a public agreement between the owner of the sfad.uz website — LLC «SFAD» (legal address: Tashkent city, Olmazor district, Shirok street 100, 100057; hereinafter the «Operator») and the «Subject». This Privacy Policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. LRU-547 «On Personal Data» and applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the Subject during the use of the sfad.uz website. 5. Main rights and obligations of the Operator and the Subject

5.1 The Subject has the right to obtain information about their personal data and to demand its clarification, blocking or deletion.

5.2 The Subject may withdraw their consent to processing at any time by sending a message to manages@sfad.uz.

5.3 The Operator undertakes to process personal data solely for the purposes specified in this Policy.

5.4 The Operator must respond to the Subject's request within the time limits established by law.

The enterprise was registered on 12 June 1998 by the khokimiyat of the district (city) of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
