Privacy policy

This privacy policy and personal data processing agreement is a public agreement between the owner of the sfad.uz website — LLC «SFAD» (legal address: Tashkent city, Olmazor district, Shirok street 100, 100057; hereinafter the «Operator») and the «Subject». This Privacy Policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. LRU-547 «On Personal Data» and applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the Subject during the use of the sfad.uz website. The current version of this Privacy Policy is available online at sfad.uz.

8. Final provisions

8.1 The Operator has the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the Subject's consent.

8.2 The new version comes into force from the moment it is published on the Site.

8.4 The legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies to relations not regulated by this Policy.
